Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using AutoCMP ("Service"), operated by Pure Path LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AutoCMP provides a consent management platform that helps websites comply with privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws. The Service includes a JavaScript SDK, dashboard, APIs, and related tools.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One person or entity per account unless on an Agency plan

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell the Service without an Agency plan

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoCMP is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
